The Burnside Park Resort is notable for its prime location. Nestling in the woods just three hundred meters from the shoreline of Windermere Lake Bowness Bay, and just a short stroll of three hundred meters from the centre of Bowness village itself. The resort comprises of 41 luxury self catering cottages and apartments there are one bedroom sleep four units and two bed sleep six units all of which can offer a very high standard of self catering. The self-catering units are fully equipped with televisions dvd and vhs players sound systems and come complete with towels and bedding. Also on-site we have Parklands Country Club to which all our guests have free access, including swimming pool gym, sauna solarium, sauna and steam room and beauty treatment salon. The Burnside has been providing top quality luxury self catering holidays for over twenty years and prides itself on the quality of all of it's cottages and apartments with an English Tourism 4 Star Award and an RCI Gold Crown Rating we have to work to the highest possible standards of housekeeping and maintenance . All of the cottages and apartments can provide some of the highest quality accommodation in the Lake District.
