The idea is for you to experience for yourselves the many benefits our owners enjoy each time they visit their "home from home" here in the heart of the of the glorious Lake District.

During your Stay.....

You and you partner will be free to enjoy the many facilities here on the resort and have ample opportunity to explore the delights of the National Park. With over 3,000 miles of footpaths & 500 major tourist attractions within the 900 square miles of the Lake District, rain or shine there is always something or somewhere to discover for those who enjoy getting out and about.

For those who prefer a more leisurely break, relax in comfort and style at Parklands Country Club where you have full use of the facilities including pool, steam room, sauna and solarium. Or pamper yourself in our beauty treatment salon. When making a reservation for an inspection visit, our sales team are able to provide information on all the treatments available and are happy to make reservations on your behalf.

And in the evening..........

As part of your visit you receive a complementary four course dinner on the resort , leaving you free to explore the outstanding choices locally for a second evening.

The Burnside Park is situated just a short stroll from lively village of Bowness where all tastes are catered for.... from the sixteen local pubs to some of the finest country-house restaurants in the north of England.

Seven nights a week there is live entertainment to be found in Bowness and Windermere, within a ten minute drive there are three cinemas, three theatres and throughout the year many festivals and special concerts and events.

A few moments of your time.......

During your stay you will be given a short presentation by one of our sales team ( approx 90mins ). We take this opportunity to simply explain how membership of the Burnside Park Owners Club works including the benefits and costs, and show you one of our new apartments. There is absolutely no obligation ( see our Customer Promise ) and the feedback from our inspection visit guests tells us that the vast majority find this discussion relaxed, informative and well worth the time taken, regardless of whether they decide to become members or not ( Many returning time after time as rental guests ).
